Projects & Missions Trips
In addition to providing food in an ongoing basis, we also engage in various projects to improve the lives of the children at Remar Orphanage. Projects are chosen by working directly with the director of Remar Orphanage.
October 2016
Backpacks filled with school supplies for the 2017 school year and shoes were provided to the children. Each backpack contained different supplies depending on the grade level of the child. The backpacks, supplies, and shoes were brought to El Salvador by our October 2016 team and assembled in El Sunzal. The shoe sizes were measured on the previous trip.
We also performed a play, did an arts and crafts hour, and fed the children a special dinner of pupusas!
